		<description>Thank you, Mary Kay, for spelling it out.  I, as you know, am an affiliate for a few select folks I happily promote.  As a life-long networker (waaay before we referred to affiliates or had sophisticated tracking tools we see today), I have always believed it was in best form to be forthcoming about possible commissions or referral fees.

When I started to post an online rolodex, I added this phrase:

I may receive compensation from some of the entities listed for referrals, as their “thank you” for sending people their way. However I NEVER recommend any service or product solely for the reason of receiving commissions.  I DO recommend services and products that I believe are aligned with the quality and intention of the services I provide. My intention is to bring you only trusted, reliable, valued resources.

I&#039;m assuming it fits the bill (or FTC ruling.)
